2. What Information We Collect
From Candidates:
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Current location and visa status
- Occupation, qualifications, experience, English proficiency
- Skills summary and assessment details
- Sponsorship preferences
From Employers:
- Business name, ABN, industry
- Contact person name, email, phone
- Sponsorship status, location, role details
From All Visitors:
- Chat conversations with the AI assistant
- Consultation booking details
- Usage data (pages visited, time on site)

4. What We Share — and What We Don't
Candidate data:
- Publicly visible (anonymous): Occupation, experience, qualifications, English level, skills summary, preferred location, sponsorship type sought. Your name, email, and phone are never shown publicly.
- Shared when unlocked: Your name, email, and phone number are shared only with candidates or agents who pay the connection fee to unlock an employer's details, enabling direct contact.
Employer data:
- Publicly visible: Business name, industry, location, regional status, roles needed, salary range.
- Never shared publicly or with candidates: Contact person name, email, phone number, and ABN. Employer contact details are never displayed on the Platform or shared with candidates.
5. Data Security
- All data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorised access.
6. Data Retention
- Candidate and employer profiles are retained for as long as the account is active.
- You may request deletion of your profile and personal data at any time.
- Chat conversation data is retained for up to 12 months for service improvement.
- Payment records are retained as required by Australian tax law (minimum 5 years).
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information held by us
- Correct any inaccurate or outdated information
- Delete your profile and personal data
- Withdraw consent for your profile to be displayed
- Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Platform. This collects anonymised usage data. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google. You can opt out by using browser privacy settings or a cookie blocker.
9. Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers the AI chat assistant. Chat messages are processed to generate responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Railway: Server hosting. Data is stored on Railway's infrastructure.
